PULP FICTION (1994)
Directed by Quentin Tarantino
Starring John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Uma Thurman, Bruce Wilis, Tim Roth, Amanda Plummer, Christopher Walken

The lives of a pair of diner bandits, two mob hit men, a gangster's wife, and a boxer are intertwined in four tales of violence and redemption.

Well, whaddya know? Another Quentin Tarantino movie! I don't know how he does it. I swear, the movies this guy comes up with are out of this world. I'm pretty sure his brain is worth more than Jennifer Lopez's butt, which costs around $27 million, according to therichest. That is a pretty expensive butt, if you ask me.

Pulp Fiction was the first movie I saw from Tarantino. If I remember correctly, I was in grade 6 when I first saw it. I only remembered Samuel Jackson being a total badass so I watched it again and man, he's still a total badass. I really liked the dialogue between him and John Travolta, especially in the beginning of the film where they were talking about what a Big Mac is called in other countries. It made them seem like regular people for a minute. I also liked the part when Uma Thurman was telling John Travolta about the characters in her cancelled tv show. It was only after I finished watching the movie that I realized she was actually describing the group of assassins, including herself, in Kill Bill, another Tarantino movie in which Uma Thurman also starred in. How clever is that?!

It would be silly of me not to like this movie. The lines were witty and entertaining and the cast did a really good job in portraying their badass roles. I'm still kind of frustrated about the briefcase, even thought it was basically just a plot device. But still, Pulp Fiction deserves its title as one of the greatest films of all time.
